Magazine | Bangalore Design Week
For a college assignment centered around Bangalore Design Week (BDW), I designed this magazine, incorporating borrowed text and photographs to portray the essence of the event. While the content is not self-written, I have redesigned certain elements of the BDW identity to bring in a new and engaging perspective into the magazine's design.
This magazine is dedicated to celebrating the essence of Bangalore, with a specific focus on its local character beyond the tech landscape. By delving into the city's history as a 'pensioner's paradise', certain elements of BDW's visual identity have been redesigned within the magazine's context. This approach aims to offer a new perspective, capturing the lost charm of Bangalore beyond its tech-centric reputation.
